This project start as a commission from a local agency that contact us to develop the initial branding for this editorial house. We kindly develop the naming, branding, layouts for typography, illustrations guidelines, print, web and social media visual content and strategy.
Lámpara is a latin-american theological editorial hub for education and discussion on publications, web and events. Lámpara means lamp in spanish.
This Public Relation boutique agency commission us for their new image. We handle the Ing3nio brand as a tri-fold strategy using cultural semiotics and popular imagery. We choose a bold palette of color, super flat icons and multiple applications on print and digital media.
Alterno | Anti-Ad Agency
This branding project was commissioned by a digital advertising agency experts on social media, guerrilla and digital ads. There is a lot of humour in this branding strategy as well as concise guideline and structure. Local and emblematic TV characters where portrayed in a double image treatment emulating printed media as well as future-like flat illustrations.
The logo was a little miracle or when you shift or "alternate" the letter A ( of Alterno) in a 90º angle you get an eye(catcher.) Old-school Slab serif and gothic sans along get well on this branding bomb.
Centro Internacional de Diseño
In 2010 SUAGM asked our help to work on the identity and campaign of the new International Center of Design-CID. It comprised two new separate facilities, a state of art extended FabLab (MIT) and a national open services for state agencies, private sector and community in general. Interested on merging both; education and design production PRIDCO ( the state agency that encourage foreign and local business in the island) were hungry for this project to succeed. As well as for SUAGM, the first private high-ed local system wanting to boost the educational profiles on the social, technological and economical grid, in tone with emerging technologies and global sophistication.

We designed a simple bold icon that emerged from studies of the integrative process and alliance, as well as an internal and external campaign system that carried consistency and flexibility. We also designed corporative guides in poetic forms, stationary as well, and different integrated solutions in other specialised areas.

Rather than presumptuous, clichés or over-the-board approaches, we came with sharp and bold solutions that could expand and show the evolving character of the pieces, bringing almost a craft-like, tropical minimalism in a conceptual background.

Recently we rebranded seamlessly the label and made printed / digital catalogs, portfolio website/blog, e-commerce, campaign shoots and stationary. We also developed a local team on art direction, photography and pop-up store installations. And yes, we are very excited about the future of this "glocal" master.
